About Me

I am a Medicine Woman, a Mother and a Nurturer by Nature. I bring Holistic Wisdom and an Intuitive Feminine touch to my medicine practice. I am a warm and empathic practitioner with an authentic down-to-earth nature

I attained a double degree in Chinese Medicine at the Southern School of Natural Therapies in Melbourne (2007), which included Acupuncture & Chinese Herbal Medicine. I have worked within a diversity of communities settings from Australia’s Central Desert to Tropical North Queensland. I currently live with my Husband and 2 sons on the Central Coast in NSW.

I have many beautiful tools in my medicine bag… Drawing on the ancient arts of Chinese Medicine, a treatment may include Massage, Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion, Gua Sha, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Chinese Dietary Therapy. I also offer Lomi Lomi Massage and Hot Stones Therapy. I am passionate about using Food as Medicine and also about Native Australian herbal medicines. I love working with Women, especially in nourishing Mothers and helping Women with pre-conception, pregnancy and postnatal care. My approach tends to focus on nurturing and nourishing deep reserves, keeping the Waters of our bodies full and flowing.

I also facilitate regular Women’s Circles and work together with my husband to hold Sweat Lodge Ceremonies and other Rites of Passage Work. I am inspired by Traditional Cultures and reconnecting people with their Wildness, Wisdom and Natural Rhythms.
